A. Guesthouse provides various free facilities to you, so please save public resources and protect public properties. We provides daily necessities, please check clearly when you check in, and check again when you check-out. Please follow the other rules below.

  1) Violations of laws, rules, school rules and activities contrary to public morality are strictly forbid.

  2) Behaviors like changing buildings structures, illegal structures or stacking items in the public area are strictly forbid.

  3) Don't destroy the indoor facilities and don't use illegal goods.

  4) Without permission, you are not allowed to exchange apartment by yourself. And the apartment should not be lent or leased to     others. If you violate the above rules, the university has the right to require you to restitution, compensate the loss until cancel your   tenancy, and investigate the legal liability. 

B. Guesthouse manager keeps spare keys. You need to take care of your own keys and valuables, don't deliver your keys to others. If the keys are damaged or lost, you need contact with the guesthouse manager in time. Configuring new keys or changing a lock by yourself are not allowed. You should return all of the keys within 2 days after you moved out.
