The Guesthouse islocated at No.608 Linquan street, Hanlin Yuan apartment, where the teachers’residential district of Dushu Lake Higher Education town is. 

We are aiming tosolve the early transition housing problem for the high-end talents who areintroduced by Collaborative Innovation Center of Suzhou Nano Science and Technology(Nano-CIC) and the professors engaged in the short or medium term teaching,research, academic visiting, and the international cooperation with Soochow University. 

The Guesthouse has15 suites in total. Each apartment faces to the south with an area of 91.15meters square. It includes a bedroom, a study (can be changed to a smallbedroom), a living room, a dining room, a kitchen and a bathroom. The necessaryfurniture and household appliances are ready to be used in each apartment aswell. 

The surrounding transportationand the living facilities of the Guesthouse is very convenient, such as Hanlinneighborhood center, Wenxing Plaza, super market, bank, restaurants and other entertainmentfacilities.
